These iconic buildings in Hamilton CBD, with top-tier office space on the main street, had the exterior washed by Drone Wash Solutions.

These beautiful buildings had two major factors that we had to take into account: one, the louver systems (brown and black blades), and two, all the glass behind the louvers.
​
The team at DWS found the right solution for these properties, ensuring a clean and streak-free finish.​
​
Having access approved by the Hamilton City Council for the street-facing sides and also CAA consent for the flight area meant the building wash was completed without any issues.
​
The project was even mentioned in the Waikato Times, and the customer was extremely thrilled with the speed and quality of the work.

Tui Breweries
Tui Brewery Tower was originally built in 1931 and is now a historical site that needed cleaning, and Drone Wash Solutions was the perfect contractor to get it done.

This site is located on a decommissioned brewery and doesn't have the facilities for the traditional ways of maintaining and cleaning buildings.
​
The tower wasn't cleaned for a long period of time, and this photo was of the tower after 1 treatment and wash. The tower is on a maintenance program to prevent new buildupand also remove most of the current growth.
​
With this being a historical building, there was a lot to consider, from the pressure of the water to the type of product that we can use. The site has gardens around 50% of the base area, so only eco products could be used.

The customer was extremely happy with the results.
Te Awa, The Base
TE-AWA The base shopping center asked Drone Wash Solutions to wash their property.
Did you know that The Base is the third-largest shopping center in NZ currently? This proves that DWS can take on any size of property, cleaning it in a timely and effective manner.
​
This project was cleaned at night, which had its own challenges, as drone ops at night have other challenges, but again DWS showed that it can be done with the right crew on hand.
​
Every shop's doors had to be sealed off to prevent water from entering the shops and damaging sensors and inventory. This site had a mixture of glass and different shapes and textures of wall that had to be cleaned.
​
DWS finished the project and secured another satisfied customer.
